Despite what people are thinking this was not meant to be bullying.
You know who you are, you know well that I know what you’re doing. If you have done anything wrong I want you to tell me, however much that scares me I want to hear it from you and not someone else.
If you decide not to tell me, I’ll give you a week to change your mind then I am going to ask you. Tell me the truth, please.

Communicate with this person of how you are concerned about them so. But don’t tell them they can’t do anything as they are free to do as they please, not as you please. Good luck with it.
